Applied Electrics is different to most electrical contracting companies. We take an approach to our business with a “you” view. The traditional way of building an electrical business is to chase the “big jobs” and buddy up with builder in an attempt to have a constant work flow with the least amount of customers to deal with. While this suits most in the industry, we strongly believe that there is a real need for an electrical company to service domestic and commercial customers in a professional manner.

You, the customer, are the most important element to our business. Although this sounds like a marketing cliché, concentrating on and providing real service to our customers where we set ourselves apart from the pack.

We have intentionally chosen this path because we enjoy it. You see, for us it was frustrating to go up and down the chain of command in the bigger projects, (from us to the builder to the architect to the client and back again) to find out the customers’ needs, often details where missed or lost in translation, causing frustration from some or all parties. Our solution is to deal direct with the customer for the best result possible.

Applied Electrics started with the standard “man and a van” arrangement that is so familiar. We now have a growing team of electricians with wide and varied fields of experience from industrial switchboard manufacturing, large scale project work, voice and data, automation to house hold repair and installation. We are proud of our beginnings and we are excited about growing our business in to the future.
